Minimum order quantities.
Woolcool® minimum order quantities are one pallet (full pallets) unless otherwise agreed with us before ordering.
Order lead times.
Order lead times are dependant on order sizes and can vary. Typical ex-stock items have a 7-10 day turnaround from receipt of order. Bespoke items will carry an 8 weeks lead time from receipt of order.
