Minimum order quantities.
Woolcool® minimum order quantities are one pallet (full pallets) unless otherwise agreed with us before ordering.
Order lead times.
Order lead times are dependant on order sizes and can vary. Typical ex-stock items have a 7-10 day turnaround from receipt of order. Bespoke items will carry an 8 weeks lead time from receipt of order.

Woolcool® can tailor thermal insulated mailing envelopes to meet the needs of your business, from providing bespoke designs to different colour and size options.
Looking for high performing thermal insulated envelopes, pouches and bags? Our 2-8ºC insulative systems maintain a temperature range for up to 54 hours.
Our thermal insulated boxes for 2-8ºC lines are used within the Pharmaceutical industry to transport a variety of temperature sensitive products, such as vaccinations, Botox, Insulin, Specials and Generics. Our systems maintain a temperature controlled environment for up to 120 hours. Our range of insulated boxes include solutions have a payload capacity of up to 30kg. We can also tailor to specific requirements.
